Mise-En-Scene

It is a French word and its literal meaning is  "placing on stage" or "what is put into the scene".

The arrangement of scenery and stage properties in a play is known as Mise-en-scene .

The term is so broad, and it defines and classifies a lot in the filming industry. It is used to describe filmmaking and the process involved in the filmmaking process.
